Hello, my name is Yoga Monkey.
I will teach you some simple yoga skills.

Lets begin with stretching our legs.
Remember not to force it or you
might break something
important.
Now lets stretch our arms out and touch our toes.
And stretch forward.
And backwards.
Now this next one might be a bit harder
then the last few. All you have to do is tie
your legs in a pretzel around your arms.
:)
Now this may even be tough for those
who do weekly classes with me.
I don't really know how i did this.
Now try doing a slip knot
behind your back.
This one is called the shirt.
